Originally built in 1941 by world-renowned California artist, Channing Peake, honeymooned at by Gregory Peck in 1955, frequented by Hollywood stars including Audrey Hepburn and featured in the classic family Disney Movie (“STUB, The Best Cow-dog in the West”), Rio Vista Ranch is truly a historical masterpiece.

Take a step back in time to enjoy historic California Rancho life, with large open windows throughout, overlooking the property (and beyond), this bright modern ranch-style home is gently shaded by oak, sycamore, pine and walnut trees. Relax by the pond, embark on a walk through the verdant fields, ride your bike to the local vineyards, enjoy an al-fresco dinner under the trees or take a scenic ride into town (don’t forget to stop by the local Farm Stand on your way).



Rio Vista Ranch comfortably accommodates 16 adults, with a total of 6 bathrooms, between the main home and two fully-stocked quaint guest cottages just a few steps away. With bright white walls, high-quality décor, and beautiful wood flooring throughout, this ranch was newly and intricately designed with comfort and style in mind. The gourmet chef’s kitchen vaunts brand new stainless-steel appliances with bar, kitchen and dining room seating to accommodate all of your friends and family.
